Performance Features
The 2022 Ford F-150 Lightning is only available with an all-electric powertrain. The powertrain of the Lightning consists of two electric motors and a battery pack to generate an estimated 563 horsepower and 775 pound-feet of torque. There are two available battery pack sizes, however: a Standard Range battery pack and an Extended Range battery pack. The inclusion of the Extended Range battery pack and the Max Trailer Tow Package will allow the F-150 Lightning to tow up to 10,000 pounds of weight through Titusville, PA.
Interior Features
The interior of the 2022 Ford F-150 is spacious and features a large 12.0-inch touchscreen display at the center of its dashboard. The standard four-door SuperCrew cab design of the F-150 Lightning will allow the truck to seat up to six occupants around Philadelphia. Leather and cloth materials will be available for the F-150 Lightning's interior.
Technology Features
The infotainment system of the 2022 Ford F-150 will be equipped standard with the new Ford SYNC® 4 software. Technologies that are typically offered on premium trim levels of other vehicles, like a Wi-Fi hotspot and built-in navigation, will be equipped with every F-150 Lightning infotainment system to give Glendolen, PA workers a premium experience.
